FAQs

We begin with a detailed style consultation followed by precision measurements. For bespoke pieces we use a two-stage fitting: a basted toile (muslin) to perfect the silhouette, then a final fitting after finishing. Remote fittings: For clients outside Lagos we offer remote consultations and measurement guides; we then ship a test toile when needed to ensure alignment before final construction.
Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks for a fully bespoke suit, depending on canvassing, fabric availability and the number of fitting iterations. Simpler made-to-measure pieces often complete in 2–4 weeks. We always confirm expected delivery at the point of order and notify you promptly if anything affects timing.
Yes — we ship globally. Shipping costs, import duties, and taxes depend on destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide estimated duties at checkout where possible and partner with reliable couriers for tracking and insured transit.
Bespoke: fully individualized pattern drafting, multiple fittings and hand-finishing. Made-to-measure: an existing pattern is adjusted to your measurements for a faster and more affordable option. Both are high quality; bespoke is chosen when the ultimate fit and customization is required.
Absolutely. We offer custom linings, monogramming, and hardware choices (buttons, cufflinks, toggles). Many clients choose subtle personalization — initialing the inside pocket or selecting a signature lining color — which we document in the order confirmation.
We guarantee fit adjustments within a defined window after final delivery (typically 30 days) — minor tweaks are included in the initial price. Major structural changes or alterations after extended wear may incur additional charges. We outline alteration allowances before production.
Pricing reflects fabric selection, construction method (hand vs machine), complexity of the design, and the number of fittings. We provide a transparent estimate and breakdown before production so you can see where costs are allocated.
Yes — we collaborate with corporate clients and creative directors for uniforms, show collections and event wear. Bulk commissions include a dedicated project manager, streamlined fittings and volume discounts. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
Care instructions vary by fabric; generally: dry-clean high-quality wools and structured suits, and hand-wash or gentle machine cycles for select linens and cottons. We include specific care labels and can offer a maintenance guide for your wardrobe.
Yes — fabric swatches are available for most selections. For remote clients we can post swatches; for local clients we recommend an in-person swatch review to assess hand and drape under natural light.
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards and in-person payments. For larger bespoke commissions a deposit schedule is required (e.g., 30% deposit, staged payments). Payment terms are confirmed in the order agreement.
Absolutely. Client data, measurements and order details are treated as confidential. We store minimal personal data required to deliver and maintain your garments and comply with applicable data protection practices.
